Account and privacy
Signed-in users can submit export, correction, and deletion requests from the privacy controls in Settings. You can also email us. We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within 30 days.
If you own a shared workspace, account deletion requires support review so its ownership and other members' data are handled safely.
Billing
For a refund of a wholly unused credit pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase and include the purchase date and workspace. Do not email card information. Credits expire one year after grant, and OpenGain does not create subscriptions.
Security
Report suspected credential exposure, unauthorized workspace access, or a security vulnerability to support@dyad.sh with “Security” in the subject. Avoid including sensitive data beyond what is needed to reproduce the issue.
